My grandmother’s Shumai, dumpling skins from scratch, various folding techniques, and dumpling dipping sauce.

Specialty items and ingredients you’ll need are:

  • Bamboo Steam Basket

  • Soup pot or wok wide enough to old the steamer.

  • Small 1 oz Bon Bon Truffle Scoop

  • Dough cutter or butter knife
