AM Brussels Sprouts

In a saute pan, add butter, onions, almonds and Thai chilis. Melt the butter and allow flavors to marry.  Add brussels sprouts petals (the center core tends to be bitter).  Deglaze pan with vinegar ad flavor with salt. Allow brussels to slightly wilt and remove from heat.  Finish with cheese before serving.

Red Onion, Thin Sliced
Slivered Almonds

Thai Chilis, chopped
White Balsamic Vinegar
AM Smoked Salt
Manchego Cheese

Preparation
