Ingredients

lb Brussels Sprouts (Petals)

Tbsp Butter
1
Red Onion, Thin Sliced
Slivered Almonds
3
Thai Chilis, chopped
White Balsamic Vinegar
AM Smoked Salt
Manchego Cheese

Preparation

Step 1

In a saute pan, add butter, onions, almonds and Thai chilis. Melt the butter and allow flavors to marry.

Step 2

Add brussels sprouts petals (the center core tends to be bitter).

Step 3

Deglaze pan with vinegar ad flavor with salt. Allow brussels to slightly wilt and remove from heat.

Step 4

Finish with cheese before serving.
