Avocado Herb Yogurt

Ingredients

oz Chobani Plain Greek Yogurt
½
ripe avocado
3
scallions stalks
1
tsp ground cumin
2
oz lime juice
3
tbsp sugar
1
tbsp salt
1
large green leaf herbs bunch combination

Preparation

Step 1

In a blender place avocado and lime juice. 

Step 2

Top with scallions and a combination of leafy green herbs like cilantro, parsley, basil, or mint. 

Step 3

Add sugar, salt, and cumin and then Chobani Plain Greek Yogurt. 

Step 4

Start the blender on low speed to get the ingredients broken down and slowly increase speed until fully blended and smooth.  If needed, add a little water should it be too thick.  Store in refrigerator. 

Step 5

Serve chilled.
