Lamb Pad Krapao

This is a delicious spicy Thai basil lamb stir fry, with added kale for earthiness and texture. Serve with a crispy fried egg and fried garlic on top for all the classic flavors of a Thai dish that anyone can make!

Ingredients

lb Ground lamb

Fresh Thai Chilis, chopped
¼
White Onion, diced

bunch of Tuscan Kale

bunch Thai Basil

Tbsp Garlic Oil
1
Fried Egg
Fried Garlic
Oyster Sauce
Golden Mountain Sauce
Sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Place garlic and white onion in a large pan, cook with garlic oil

Step 2

When onions start to brown, add Thai basil (roughly ripped)

Step 3

Add Thai chilis, roughly chopped (Warning! Smoke will be spicy!)

Step 4

Add lamb

Step 5

While lamb is cooking, add a few dashes of seasoning sauce and oyster sauce

Step 6

Sprinkle sugar

Step 7

Once lamb is almost cooked, add Tuscan kale (shredded)

Step 8

Plate the dish with rice and add fried egg on top

Step 9

Add a few pinches of fried garlic on top of egg
