Prik Nam Pla – Pepper Vinegar Sauce
Prik Nam Pla is an easy and delicious condiment. Simple to make and a staple in Thai cuisine. It’s an awesome acidic punch to brighten up as well as contrast richer dishes. I love it on noodles and this soy based recipes. And the cool thing is, the longer it sits, the better it gets!
Ingredients

cup chili peppers

garlic cloves

½ cup vinegar

tsp salt

tsp sugar
Preparation
Step 1
Mince garlic and finely cut chili peppers.
Step 2
Mix with vinegar, salt, sugar, and stir thoroughly.
Step 3
Allow sauce to settle for 1-2 hours before use.
