Spicy Shrimp Salad Sandwich

Ingredients
bread rolls
shrimp, cooked and peeled
shallots
scallions
cucumber
tomato
Thai chilis
iceberg lettuce
mayonnaise
mustard
sriracha
fish sauce
black pepper
lime juice
herbs as desired
Preparation
Step 1
Dice scallions herbs, Thai chilis, and add to a mixing bowl with roughly chopped shrimp, mayonnaise, mustard, sriracha, fish sauce, black pepper, and lime juice.
Step 2
Build your sandwich on a bread roll with shrimp mixture, sliced or diced cucumber and tomato, fresh herbs, and chopped lettuce.
