Sticky Ginger BBQ Glaze

This sticky ginger barbecue glaze is an essential sauce to keep in the pantry. It’s made with a sweet soy sauce base, which might be tougher to find at your standard grocery store but is readily available at your local Asian market. The sweet soy brings a rich caramel flavor which perfectly compliments the kick of the ginger, garlic, and vinegar. It’s so simple to make and great to have on hand, anytime you wanna add a sweet ginger-y kick to rice, dumplings, chicken wings, ribs, steamed veggies, really anything! You’ll be proud you made it yourself, I know I am!
