Tod Mahn Goong – Crispy Shrimp Fritters

In a food processor, add shrimp, garlic powder, cilantro, white pepper, and baking powder. Pulse until batter is well-mixed but still malleable.
Form individual patties and coat each with panko.
In a pot, heat 2-3 inches of cooking oil on medium heat. Drop shrimp fritters in oil and cook until panko crust has fried to a golden brown.
Serve with chili sauce or dipping condiment of your choice.
