The garlic oil and smashed garlic does what garlic does best and really shines when cooked with a neutral protein like chicken. Ingredients

cooked white rice
diced chicken
Thai garlic oil
smashed raw garlic
diced onion
fried garlic
seasoning sauce
fish sauce
sugar
white pepper
scallions

Preparation

Step 1

In a wok over high heat, combine Thai garlic oil with smashed garlic, onion, chicken, with dashes of golden mountain seasoning, fish sauce, sugar, and white pepper to taste.

Step 2

Stir fry until chicken is cooked throughout.

Step 3

Serve over a bed of white rice and garnish with fried garlic and scallions.
