Sesame Beef Rice Bowl

This is for one of those days where you’re too busy to spend a lot of time on preparation but still want to have a hearty meal to keep yourself going. Here is a quick and easy yet satiating rice bowl with sesame beef and Brussels sprouts. To cut down even more on prep time, char those Brussels sprouts while you’re waiting for the ground beef to cook along with the garlic, ginger, and onion.
For the video I used a traditional soy sauce which I don’t usually use, and so to offset the salt I added a bit of sugar and sesame oil to the beef. You may prefer to use a low sodium soy sauce or golden mountain seasoning to lighten the meal. Sesame beef rice bowl: super simple yet satisfying, so you can recharge and get on with your day!
